Simply put, we are constantly looking to find the ideal match between function, technical companies and technicians within different fields. That is what we at Westmore have been getting our energy from since 2015, so far we have found jobs for hundreds of people.

At Westmore we noticed that we got more and more questions from technical companies about finding their correct employees. Then we made a critical analysis of our process with our specialists and we were surprised by the results
In order to be able to find 100 candidates, we had to approach over 4500 candidates, with whom we had an average of 5 contact attempts. Low conversion is annoying, but for us the most important thing was that it is not motivating for the colleagues who are responsible for recruiting personnel. In search of a solution to our problem, we chose to start working with Recruitment Marketing Automation.
The first thing we tackled was the strategy we use to recruit staffing. We converted the strategy of “come work with us, we have a great job” into: “seduce, captivate and bind”. For this we use the mantra “See, Think, Do, Care” model in which we first invest in building ‘credibility’ by sharing relevant knowledge, and only then do we seek contact at a later stage. Cold calling? No more!
The results that this way of recruitment provide to us were very positive, because we achieve a much better conversion with the recruitment of personnel. In order to be able to offer 100 candidates a contract, thousands of candidates are still approached, but that is now done in an automated process. Ultimately, we now have to approach 500 candidates to get to 100 contracts and that is a conversion of 20%, which is much lower than before!
