Protecting privacy details

Your personal information is safe with us.

At Westmore, we help technical professionals in the high-tech manufacturing industry to find a new job that matches their wishes, capabilities and ambitions.

If you respond to our invitation for an introductory interview or apply for one of our vacancies, you want that information to be kept safe and don’t want uninvited guests who see what information you submit. Or worse: they run off with your personal data. You’re right, we wouldn’t want that either. That’s why we do everything we can to keep your private data really private. Westmore stores your personal data in a secure database. And that’s where it stays.

We only use the data from your CV if we introduce you to one or more of our clients. This will only happen if one or more vacancies match your personal search profile. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

To ensure that our introductory meeting or your application runs as smoothly as possible, we first need some information from you.

What do we want to know about you?

Contact details (name, address, phone number, e-mail etc.)

We will be happy to contact you personally as soon as we have received your information. We will call you if anything is unclear or if we would like to invite you for an interview. You will receive an email from us to confirm your application or our appointment. If you wish, you will receive suitable vacancies by email if you give your permission for this. Would you rather not receive any more vacancies? Unsubscribing is a breeze: use the link at the bottom of the email

We would like to know what you earn and when you are available.

Special personal data

This is means your bank account number, your ID and for example your Citizen Service Number. We ask you for this information when you start working for us. We also store this information when you leave our service because we are legally obliged to store this information for at least five years.

Education and experience

We can find this info in your resume.

IP Address

We remember your preferences for vacancies and applications using your IP address. We do this with cookies and on our website you can see what we use cookies for and you can also withdraw your consent if you do not want that.

Furthermore we’ll use your details for the following:

FInding new colleagues

You can respond directly to our vacancies. You can also call, email, tweet, Facebook and chat with us. To ensure that your story does not have to be told twice, we remember it. We also store which vacancies you have viewed and your details from previous applications. Even if you cannot mediate directly. Because we may be looking for you in the future. We therefore store your details for a maximum of 1 year. Or longer if we are required to do so by law. To make finding new professionals a little better every day, we analyse all contact moments. We learn a lot from it.

In addition, we can also use your details for training, guidance and possible subsidy options.

Notifying about job updates

If you wish, we will send you new vacancies by email based on your selection.

Improvements

We are only satisfied when you are, but we do not always see whether we succeed. Maybe there are things we can improve. To check whether the mission has been successful, we use data from your visit to our site and your possible application to become even better. We can also use your contact details to send you a questionnaire to assess us.

Vacancies for you

You’ve already read it: we’re happy to mediate you for your ideal next job in a company that suits you. That’s why it’s important that we get to know you well and know what you find important. We also like it when you visit our website westmore.nl or apply for a job with us. We also use your data to improve our sites

Preventing fraud

We would prefer to trust everything and everyone. But that is a bit stupid. Sometimes we have to use applicant data to investigate, prevent and combat fraud. And if you make yourself really suspicious, we have to pass on your data to government agencies. So we would rather not do that, then we keep it fun.

Your details remain yours
