As a module tester, you will test assembled modules/cabinets made by your fellow assemblers to see if they are working properly. To detect possible malfunctions, you will use technical drawings and diagrams so that you know whether all electrical elements function properly.

When adjustments are needed, you adjust the module inside a high-tech clean room or outside, depending on the required air purity. You work a lot together with your fellow mechanics in the assembly department and jointly carry out preventive actions to avoid malfunctions.

Where will you be working? As you might have expected, it is best described as a modern factory that is fully equipped with the latest technological resources and machinery. For example, the production line has extremely modern SMMA lines (Service Mount & Mechanical Assembly), where electronic components can be placed automatically.

In this position, you will work in a 2-shift system. Your working hours will be as follows:

  • Morning shift Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:50 PM
  • Afternoon service Monday to Thursday from 2:40 PM to 12:00 AM
  • On Fridays your afternoon shift is from 2:40 PM to 9:30 PM, so you are never home late on Fridays!


You will be considered for this position as a module tester if you:

  • Have at least and completed MBO-4 education towards electrical engineering/electronics
  • Experience in reading electrotechnical diagrams and work instructions
  • Skilled in assembling electrotechnical modules
  • Enjoy identifying and solving technical problems
  • Willing to work in a 2-shift system (for which you will receive 15% bonus on your salary!)
  • Good command of English


  • A starting salary around € 2984,- including 15% bonus you will earn € 3431,- gross per month
  • As you gain more experience in this position, you can progress to a salary of € 4,170
  • Travel allowance from 10 km to 40 km one way of 0,19 per km
  • Pension accrual from your first working day
  • 38 days holiday, including 13 ADV that can also be paid as extra allowance
  • 8% holiday allowance
