Functie
In the role of a module tester, your responsibility will be to evaluate assembled modules/cabinets crafted by assembly technicians to confirm their correct operation. Utilizing technical drawings and schematics, you will identify any potential defects to ensure all electrical components are functioning as intended. Should adjustments be required, you will calibrate the module within a high-tech cleanroom or externally, based on the necessary air cleanliness standards. Collaboration with assembly technicians in the department is key, as you will work together to take proactive measures against malfunctions.
Your workplace? You will be stationed in a contemporary factory, outfitted with cutting-edge technological instruments and machinery. A notable feature of the production line is the sophisticated SMMA lines (Surface Mount & Mechanical Assembly), which facilitate the automated placement of electronic components.
This position operates on a bi-shift schedule. The working hours are:
Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:50.
Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:40 – 24:00.
The Friday afternoon shift is shorter, from 14:40 to 21:30, allowing for an earlier start to the weekend.
Functie-eisen
The role of Module Tester is an ideal fit for you if you have:
- Completed a degree in electrical engineering or electronics.
- Experience in interpreting electrical schematics and following work instructions.
- Proficiency in assembling electrotechnical modules and a passion for identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system, which includes a 15% salary bonus.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Aanbod
- The starting salary is approximately €3.066 which will increase to €3.525, including a 15% shift allowance.
- With experience, your salary can rise to €4,284 gross per month, including the allowance.
- There is a travel allowance for distances between 10 km and 40 km one way at €0.19 per km.
- From your first day, you will be enrolled in the Pension Plus Scheme. You are entitled to 38 vacation days, 13 of which are ATV days (alternatively, these can be paid out as an allowance).
- An 8% holiday allowance is also provided. There are excellent opportunities for career advancement within the semiconductor industry.
