Welcome to the terms and conditions of the ‘Westmore Bring a friend’ promotion! With this promotion, we want to give people the opportunity to receive great gifts by introducing a friend, an acquaintance, or a family member to us. As with all actions, we have several rules that apply when you enter:
Entering the ‘Westmore Bring a friend’ promotion is free of charge. Entry will take place once you have filled in the participation form with the required personal details.
When you enter the promotion it is of course intended to share accurate, up-to-date, complete, and relevant information with us.
Once your nominee has been employed at Westmore for a full month (173 hours) you will be eligible to receive the gift of your choice.
You are allowed to participate as many times as you want. However, we are required to pass on the value of the gift to the tax authorities as net wages outside employment. Whether and to what extent this has tax consequences for the recipient of the chosen item cannot be determined by us.
This action runs until the end of December 2021, in the new year the selection will receive an update. So you have enough time to win one of the gifts on the action page! Candidates submitted before the end date indicated above count towards the promotion, even if they do not start in December.
The maximum lead time between the introduction of the candidate and the start date of the candidate is 6 months. If there are more than 6 months between the introduction of the candidate and the start date, you are no longer eligible for the gift you selected. Then, you will have to re-introduce someone to us to become eligible for one of the gift products.
To take part in this promotion, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Entrants who do not meet the above conditions may be excluded from participation.
Only the candidate nominated by the contact person will be eligible to receive a gift, not both. The person who has been employed by us can then take part in this promotion by nominating someone him/herself.
If your nominee is already known in our candidate database you are not eligible for this promotion.
Gifts are not exchangeable for money or other goods other than the indicated gift items.
If the gift you have chosen is out of stock, a similar gift will be chosen or the decision can be made to wait for the product to be in stock again.
The personal data obtained in the context of the promotion will, of course, not be shared with third parties.
After taking part in the promotion you will receive the Westmore newsletter with interesting new vacancies, news, and updates tailored to your profile. You can of course always indicate that you no longer wish to receive these e-mails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail.
Westmore may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change or amend the promotion’s terms and conditions and gift items during the campaign period, without giving any reason for doing so. Unless this leads to a disadvantage for the participant.
